No two schools are the same. That’s why our approach is to develop a custom-built package of school improvement challenge and support, based on a thorough needs audit, and adjusted and developed each year. High-performing schools may only require a ‘light touch’ whereas other schools will benefit from more intensive challenge and support in order to bring about rapid improvement in outcomes.
We believe schools should maintain their distinctive identity and core values, share their strengths and expertise with others, and benefit from a wide network of senior leaders, teachers, support staff, governors and longstanding arrangements with respected external advisers. Where areas for further improvement and development are identified in individual schools, we can draw on this wide range of expertise to provide early, targeted and effective support.
